How Do We Do It?
When something goes wrong, our philosophy is that someone on our team didn't fail, but that a process failed and will need to be evaluated. These process evaluations are published as an "Opportunity To Improve" (OTI). We capitalized on the OTI's and our processes constantly get better.

We feel that making good on our commitments 100% of the time distinguishes us from all others. We have incredible client retention. Often when a client sells their business and starts a new business, they contact us to provide their employer services.
